The winner of the 2009 MOTIF Music Award for Best Female Vocalist, Josie has spent the last few years fronting the band, Signs of Life, in addition to performing solo, with multi-instrumentalist-singer-songwriter, Pete Vendettuoli or with blues guitarist, Marlie Wänseth.
Last Year Josie released an album with Signs of Life called 'WATERS RISE' It is available on iTunes and CD Baby as well as AMIE STREET with several of her other releases.
Her voice has been described as "a force of nature— growling with anger, then fluttering wispily."
