Silence In Shadows was formed in early 2007 by a group of friends who had aspiring dreams of being in a touring band. Silence In Shadows entered the studio in early May, 2007 with Joey Perricone(Formerly of Our Last Night) to record and release a two song demo. After establishing themselves as an up and coming local band and gaining a small fan base from numerous live performances, Silence In Shadows went on to record a three song demo with Matt Wentworth(Our Last Night) in late December, 2008. Shortly after they released their three song demo and played numerous shows with big names such as Vanna(Epitaph), Our Last Night(Epitaph), The Jonah Veil(13 Star Records), and Epicurean(Metalblade), Silence In Shadows went on hiatus during the summer of 2008 after three of their members made the decision of leaving the band to persue college and other aspirations. Andy Hill(Vocals) and Dylan Charest(Drums) persevered through this rough time and by fall of 2008 found the right fit with three musicians with insatiable desire and drive to write and play music. In late November 2008, Silence In Shadows went into the studio to record their latest single, Over The Edge with Joel Pastuszak(Astronomer, ex: Cavender). Shortly after Over The Edge's release in early January, 2009, Silence In Shadows decided that they were ready to start anew and started booking and playing shows once more. Since then, Silence In Shadows have been taking their local music scene by storm and have now set their eyes on their dreams of becoming a big name and hopefully touring the country.
