Aaron Devers, aka Steady Movin is about to be huge. And he's one of those rare people who deserve to be. For Steady, entertaining is like a childhood friend made in adulthood. Raised by his mother in Northern California, Steady's hometown of Oakland provides much of the sights and experiences that have come to shape his sound. But unlike many of the Bay Area locals the industry has come to know and expect, Steady's delivery is uniquely and distinctly his own. Destined for stardom, the Oakland native's determined spirit for performing has materialized like an eruption from his natural inclinations for writing and entertaining. At age 18, Steady cut his teeth in entertainment, promoting with Little Boy Productions and Marvelous Entertainment. Booking stage plays and concerts with acts like The Whispers, KC & JoJo, Otis and Shug, Johnny Gill and many more, Steady learned what it means to be a relevant performer, and what it takes to be a lasting artist. At the age of 22, determined to forge his own path, he began to promote his own events and shows under his company and namesake banner, Steady Movin Entertainment. With each event and experience, he steadily moved closer towards becoming an artist himself. As a child, Steady was a shy boy who saved his gifts for himself, his mirror, and his notebooks. As an adolescent he learned the business, and took his time evolving, all the while avoiding the pitfalls of signing detrimental record deals, or aligning with "janky promoters" to perform at hole in the wall venues. As a young man, Steady is a confident artist ready to share his thoughts and talents with the world. Steady is gifted. Steady is focused. Steady is determined. Steady is movin. Steady is a lot of things, one thing he certainly is not, is a rookie.
