Stephen Babcock, a New Hartford, New York native, began playing guitar at the age of 14 after hearing John Mayer’s “Room For Squares”. Since then, he has continued to grow as a singer and songwriter. Playing mostly small coffee shops in the local College St. Café in Clinton, New York, Stephen finally found his style and soon began playing shows all around New York. Though it took some time and lots of effort, Stephen has become a musician all his own, with influences ranging from John Mayer and Jack Johnson, to Otis Redding, Jamie Cullum, and the Smiths. Stephen is now working on making and recording more music since the release of his EP “Arrivals and Departures” and is planning on doing many new shows in the upcoming months.
