Writing and arranging her own material, with simplicity, breadth and beauty, Sue has created her second CD, “Our Last First Time.” An instrumental compilation with title song and animated video dedicated to the love shared between two people even beyond heartache and loss. The CD includes the peaceful and symphonious blend of sixteen musical arrangements plus one feature song, “Our Last First Time.” Each of the instrumentals is aptly named after a line from every verse in this compelling song to encompass the full spectrum of the CD. Contemplative as it is serene and poetic, “Our Last First Time” will restore a sense of well-being to the spirit and soul. The video features individual paintings that merge to create a living tapestry of two intertwining lives Sue recently joined renowned musicians such as, Natalie Merchant and Livingston Taylor in contributing to the musical CD, “Life in the Years.” Founded by Musicians for a Cause with proceeds supporting Alzheimer’s patients, this CD is a compilation of music focused on bringing compassion, love, and awareness with a touch of humor to issues around aging. In 2007 Sue released her first CD, “Hope Rising.” It was from this CD that her song “Passage of Time” was chosen from more than 350,000 titles worldwide to appear with other talented musicians on the “Life in Years” CD. Mesmerizing and poignant, Sue provides listeners with glimpses into life’s pivotal moments with the inspirational songs of “Hope Rising.”
