Born in Chester, PA and raised in Austell to Marietta to Riverdale to Adamsville, GA, Lil Pooh is no stranger to struggle. Like many hip hop artists, Lil Pooh has experienced disappointments, poverty, and shattered dreams. When Lil Pooh was recently let down by a former so-called "manager" of hers, she did not let this stop her. She took that as a wake-up call to get in or get left. "I mean, really, I'm just a cool ass female trying to get to the money and make my music. I know people gone love me, you know, regardless of how I look and what I like. One thing I can't handle is when another negro tries to change me. I'm not changing, these people will love me regardless. You know why, because I make real music. I'm after this industry, its fame, and its money, like it or not; and when I finally get in, it's a wrap like burritos man..". Lil Pooh is also partially known for her talent in the area of graphic design; she tweaks pictures and creates Myspace™ layouts.
Performing at various clubs in Atlanta, forest Park, Jonesboro, and Riverdale, Lil Pooh's stage presence and high energy has captivated audiences like no other. Lil Pooh is a solo artist, but she has a music group called "Looche Kannin" by which she is accompanied by Zeno, Zenobia Mckenzie, and Lil Easy, Ericka Wilson. Lil Pooh is currently without a manager.
