Kings of South River consists of three good friends, Max Stringer, the drummer, Chris Long, the bassist, and AJ Hillis, the guitarist and vocalist. They have been playing music together for a few years and have tremendous chemistry. “Kings of South River is always striving to keep an open mind and incorporate all types of music in our playing,” says bassists, Chris Long. The band’s debut single, “One Day” showcases the talent and musicianship that it has to offer. They are just your average band that wants to play as many gigs as possible and just ultimately want to play their music. “We want to keep the small town mentality that we have now. We never want the fame or fortune to go to our heads if we ever get really big. We just want to go out there and play our music because that’s what we all love to do." They won a Battle of The Bands last October and were awarded with 4 hours of studio time at Zac Recording in ATL. The band filmed their first music video in early March of this year with director Mick Hawkins for Eighteen Productions.
