After the untimely breakup of one of Dallas' local favorites "UNEVEN" in 2004, three of the remaining members - Alex Allred, Kevin Broussard, and Erik Rudnick continued to pursue the thriving Dallas local scene with their new creation, The Aftermath Theory. With a stronger sound and more innovative songs, they are growing faster than they ever have before. In December 2007 they recorded their first full length album, "Something You Can't Explain" and played many local shows with their new creation. In early 2008 Erik left the group to go serve our country in the Marines, leaving Alex and Kevin the choice of either giving up, or continuing the group by finding a replacement drummer. They chose the obvious route by adding Bo Rogers to the lineup. With Bo in the picture, they played the local shows, ventured to regional locations around the Texas area and ultimately recorded the sophomore album "Humor Me" in May 2008. After the 2008 year was up, Alex and Kevin started their search for a new drummer, stumbling upon Josh Fraser in March of 2009. Around May 2009, Aaron Dowd replaced Josh and worked with the band for another month. After much drummer drama, Alex and Kevin decided to take the band into uncharted territory and make it a two-member rock duo, knowing the unlikeliness of finding a drummer as compatible as each other. So with their new project they recorded the third album "Hear The Colors" and hit the stages with this very controversial act. Hit or miss, it had it's great moments and pushed the boundaries of Alex and Kevin. After growing old of the new formula after much time, they needed the real and raw sound of a drummer that could carry them without question or hesitation. After almost a year of failed drummer tryouts, the guys continued to push forward with their music despite their dilemma. In June 2010, a drummer by the name of Ryan Matthews answered the ad, auditioned, and was instantly the third missing link that The Aftermath Theory needed to survive. With this new found energy and more focused songwriting, the trio is loud, proud, and more aggressively attacking the stages one by one..
