The Jettisons

The Jettisons were formed in 2005 by Sammy Vitale and Jimmy Higgins. Together, they began to write music in their tiny dorm room and after a while the songs started to develop into their own unique style. The Jettisons were formed in 2005 by Sammy Vitale and Jimmy Higgins. Together, they began to write music in their tiny dorm room and after a while the songs started to develop into their own unique style. Around Christmas time 2005, Sammy and Jimmy recorded a four song demo entitled "the El Gordo EP" in Jimmy's sauna(turned off of course) with high school buddy turned producer Adam "the bear" Ouellette. After a while, the songs on this demo became local favorites and it became clear that it was time to develop into a full band. After recruiting Adam to play bass, the boys went into the studio with a studio drummer to record a four song kickass demo. Shortly after this, Sammy and Jimmy began talking to Matt Tanski, a former hallmate and total badass drummer. The four began to play together the result has been some high energy pop/rock.
