The Naked Parade is: Talya - lead vocals, guitar Jeremy - violin Sonny - lead guitars Tull - drums, vocals Luke - bass guitar The Naked Parade was born in a rundown theatre when a bunch of thrown together players met to write the music for an Arabian Pantomime. Each night, long after the show had finished, they would hang around and continue to jam, getting their energy from the junk food sold at the theatre canteen. It became apparent that there was a chemistry between the members that went beyond the sugar high, and so The Naked Parade was born. Their shows boast an energy and sense of fun, augmented by the occasional choreographed dance moves. The Naked Parade played its first gig to a sold-out Bar Broadway for the DCMS launch in 2007. After a hiatus during the first half of 2008 and the arrival of two new band members, the group launched their film clip for No Lace. The sexy “suspenders and lace” dress theme for the night made the sold out show at Melt Bar a riot of fun. The band is currently playing live shows around Sydney and gearing up to recording their first EP in April.
