The Griffin, Georgia native was influenced by music at an early age. Years before he became a solo artist, he formed a group called High Steppers. They went on to win awards, as well as grace the stage at the Apollo. Going from one successful group to another, Bread would later join the group Krook Kounty. They also won showcases and performed at 107.9's Birthday Bash.
Not too long afterwards he launched his solo career.
