I was born and raised on the mean streets of Mount Holly New Jersey. That’s where I learned the positive and negative points of real and street life. I grew up around a great deal of unfortunate people. Sadly, they did things like sell drugs which eventually led them to jail. At the age of 13 is when I realized I had a real passion for music. I also found out that you have to work extra hard to get what you want. At this point, I took another path instead of turning to the streets. I turned to music and chose a positive path instead. Big Daddy Kane was my idol and I wanted to be apart of the music industry like him. I always felt I had what it takes to make it in the hip hop game. Around 2005, I felt it was time to make my dreams come true. I call myself Unique because I feel like in order to be successful I need to be my own person especially in this saturated business. I’m unique because there is only one of me and my music is different. I make music that everyone can relate to such as everyday struggles, music to make you laugh or even cry, music to make you party and also music to inspire. Hopefully one day I will be someone else’s idol just like Daddy Kane was to me and they will set out to do what I am trying to do. So I hope in reading this I give you a better understanding of who I am and what my music is all about.
