The Playground of Sound is an exciting, accomplished blues /rock band based out of Madison, WI. Formed in September 2008, they have played hundreds of shows both nationally and throughout Wisconsin. They have become one the strongest and most entertaining blues bands in the area, and have a very loyal fan following that is growing by the day. Joel Pingitore is a truly unique talent on guitar and anyone who sees him perform comes away knowing they have witnessed something special. The rhythm section of Frank Queram on bass and Joel Brantmeier on drums is rock solid. Queram is an accomplished bassist with a flair for blues and funk. Brantmeier is a groove king on drums with a dynamic style that keeps the music fresh and interesting. Brad Reichert handles the vocals for the Playground. His powerful and soulful voice is a perfect fit for the band and his infectious personality keeps the crowd thoroughly entertained throughout the show.
