Celebrated by supporters for their ability to light up a stage and denounced by haters as an "untalented joke act", THR! are the latest in a long line of shock poppers, rising to the top of the charts on a platform of sex, drugs and techno-tronic crunk. Though occasionally dismissed by critics for being to brash and immature, their brand of Alternative Hip-Hop nevertheless struck a major chord with the youth market. On the strength of a masterfully orchestrated viral and gorilla style marketing campaign, they became a fast growing band,gathering a very large and loyal international fanbase in no time, much to the chagrin of conservative politicians and concerned parents alike. THR! invaded. THR! was created in Cleveland, Ohio in 2009 and quickly rose to the top. They produced their first album called "We'll come to that bridge when we cross it" Which took off on the i-tunes top alternative charts and made them the hottest band on the scene right now.
