New York City's alternative rock band Tree of Mind was formed by bassist/producer Nimo Kally and charismatic front man Yosi Levin in 2005 while still living in Tel Aviv, Israel. Nimo & Yosi's passion for international modern music led them pack up their bags, leave home, and move to NYC to pursue their musical aspirations.
Over the years T.O.M. has been working to create a style that portrays their own interpretation of modern rock, and their music has been influenced by alternative rock bands such as Radiohead, Muse, Arcade Fire, and The Raconteurs.
T.O.M. recorded their 2nd EP "Assembly" in 2007 with the cooperation of guitarist/producer Lior Magal and drummer Itzik Cohen. The EP was released in early 2008, and it created a widespread buzz in the Manhattan music scene. The band has been building a fan base and has been performing at NYC venues such as The Bitter End, Arlene's Grocery, and Don Hills.
At the end of 2008, Tree of Mind finalized their line up by adding instrumental guitarist Rob Ward, and they are currently touring & working on their first full length album.
