This portion of the Hispanic population does not watch Latin American Spanish programming they watch English content and listen to English music they have allot of the sam likes and preferences as the African American Hip Hop generation mainly because of there poor economical stand point in the United States as well as there place of residents usually are in close proximity to there African American brothers and sisters. this caused the two cultures to be fused into one and these Neo Latino faces and personalities can be scene all over Hip Hop since its conception back in the Bronx so long ago.
