They are the first ones or the ORIGINATERS to bring Hip Hop music to Allegany County aka (A-County) and the first ones to put A-County on the Hip Hop map. Were the first Hip Hop acts to be recorded inside of DC Recording Studios located in Cuba, NY back in 2002 their early stages. Their local newspaper featured a article on the rap duo of brothers back in Spring of 2005 for their indie record label, music career, their struggles and their love for the Hip Hop culture. They are currently the only Hip Hop acts to be featured in their local newspaper as of yet and if you would like a copy of the article then just get ahold of the brothers. They feel that by creating and bringing Hip Hop to this town and county it gives more taste of music and a different genre for the locals to hear. Rather then just Rock, Country, Punk and the other genres. They want to move everyone with their Hip Hop talent. Back in 2004, they created a local group and a group with other musicians that work with them locally and in other States and it's called, Tha Addic Fam. or Tha Addic Family which stands for being a "Addic" and being "hooked" towards what they do and the type of music that each artist creates. They consider themselves not just a group but a POSITIVE HIP HOP MOVEMENT. They are "Addics" towards music. T-Tocs N $hort$top are very unique and different from the rest. They devote their time and put alot of effort into their music. They are highly dedicated at what they love to do and sooner or later they will be heard all over the globe and eventually one day in the future, signed to a Major Record Label or distribution deal and standing on top. If not, they will continue to work harder and grow stronger. To them it's not about getting that MAJOR deal or whether or not they are BIG TIME. To them it's not about the fancy cars, bling bling jewelry, cribs, mansions or about being RICH. To them it's about the music and their love for the culture. It's about having a DREAM and to HOPE for that dream to come true as long as they BELIEVE in themselves then nothing else matters.
