Waslyk has been heavily influenced by his belief in God and took a positive spin to doing rap music and has shifted his focus on keeping the foundation of hip hop true to it's positive roots. Influenced by his Hawaiian culture, the positive message is delivered with grimy beats and the occasional break beat tempo. As a b-boy, Waslyk talks about the drive in hip hop to better yourself in his new album "Was Like" released this year (2009).
