A world traveler, Wendy has spent a lot of time in Bombay India making music, loving the crazy life and studying the classical dance Mohini Attam. Wendy Parr has been working with voices for over twenty years and as a founding member of the SLS organization helped create a training program that included over 400 teachers around the world. As a songwriter, her song Dreams on Fire produced and co-written by AR Rahman is featured on the Grammy and Oscar winning Slumdog Millionaire soundtrack. Wendy has been performed and worked with Patti La Belle, Bette Midler, AR Rahman, Paula Abdul, director George C. Wolfe. Written and recorded for AR Rahman, Dance Dance Revolution, Kangaroo Kids, Derek and the Darlings, Rhythm DB and most recently released an Americana, Alt. Country Live in Studio EP - music inspired by her Grandmother, Virgie Mae. Wendy's love of culture and her skills as a musician make her versatile in both her artistry and teaching. Wendy Parr is dedicated to training artists, singers and teachers around the world the highest quality of vocal technique and supporting them to reach their greatest potential Her clients include platinum selling artist Nancy Sinatra, Regina Spektor, Ian Axel, Chad Vaccarino, Anna Rose, Mandy Gonzalez of B'Way In The Heights and WICKED, Marc Griffin, Sauce and Mark of 2AM Club, Matt White, Nicole Atkins, Suzie Q, Leehom Wang (Asia), Rain (K-Pop), Jaswinder Singh and actors Ann Cusack, Cyd Charisse and Brittany Murphy.
