A New York City native, coming from the parents of classical musicians she was always encouraged to pursue her creativity to its fullest from a very young age. When she was 7 years old, she auditioned and became the youngest member of the world famous Metropolitan Opera Company performing in over 15 operas including the world premiere of Janacek’s The Cunning Little Vixen. Later she became a force in television voice-overs and jingles. Wendy’s theatre credits include Broadway, regional, and national and European tours. She has performed at Carnegie Hall and was recorded for the Great Performances Series in the PBS televised special My Favorite Broadway: The Leading Ladies of Broadway as one of Broadway’s up and coming leading ladies. Other credits include Irving Berlin’s White Christmas (Rita) under the direction of Tony Award winner Walter Bobbie, The Radio City Christmas Spectacular (Mrs. Claus), A Christmas Carol at Madison Square Garden under the direction of Tony Award winner Susan Stroman, and the Tony Award winning revival of 42nd St. In addition, she’s been seen singing and dancing on The Tony Awards, The Rosie O’Donnell Show, The Late Show with David Letterman, and The Today Show among many others.Wendy’s film credits include The Prestige, Getting To Know You, the hit Webby nominated series Goodnight Burbank in which she currently plays series regular Zoe Travis the make-up-girl turned sports-anchor, and she is currently attached to the upcoming feature film, Mercury Abandoned.This past December Wendy wrote, co-choreographed, and produced Confessions Of A Christmas Banshee, which opened to critical acclaim in Los Angeles. Her directing debut for film was The End, which she also wrote, produced and edited. She is currently in pre-production for her latest project called Groupthink, a webisodic about two women who run a focus group business.
