David Allen

Singer/songwriter David Allen excites his audience with a sound that combines country, pop and christian influences. David started writing songs at 12 years old and sang in talent contests since the age of 8, growing up in Kansas City, MO. His honesty in his lyrics and voice brings back listeners for more as he writes about "real life" in his songs and sings with equal conviction.

“I write about “real life”…if I can make someone forget about their problems for those 4 minutes or relate to what the song is saying and connect emotionally then that is what really drives me and makes it all worth it. Songwriting for me is a craft that I love to do and one that I will be doing for the rest of my life. 

David is inspired musically by The Eagles, Steven Curtis-Chapman, Keith Urban, Vince Gill, etc. among many others. David Allen loves to perform live and in the studio and continues to maintain integrity and honesty in his music.
