I came a long way and still I have a long way to go. Determined to make it and wont stop for nothin. From the gutter I'm still in the struggle. Born October 17,1986 to a single mother I grew up with two other siblings in the heart of the trap on the Southside of Elyria,OH. Moved by the late 80's and early 90's music, inspired by Wu-Tang, Biggie, Run DMC, Boy N The Hood, Slick Rick and the sounds of the hoods motivators and the voices of ghettos. I started singing at the age of 6 every song that came on the TV or the radio I was always singing along. When I turned about 11 or 12 yrs old I started putting rhymes together and freestylin with no music, writing down every thought that came to mind. I didn't take it serious until I met my older brother who was rapping back in 1998."I had this boom box my mom had got me and I key board that my sisters boyfriend had and I use to make beats and then recording on the boom box I had". Since then I done been through a lot of changes from different names to different groups. The first group I ran with back in 1999 was called The Untouchables member contained Me (Lil Jay),my brother Lil R and my sisters boyfriend Heat. The Untouchables didn't go too far before the group broke up, going in different paths. A year later me and my brother reformed and formed the group called Infamous Thugz by this time the names had changed from Lil Jay to Dalinkquent and Lil R to Knowledge, the group made a little buzz not sure which direction it was going in. Over the next three years the Infamous Thugz had performed at a couple of talent shows we stayed in the studio recording determined to make something out of our selves with our talent. Both of us under went different changes together and individually. Me having my first son at the age of 17 I was more determined then ever to make it and show my son dreams come true with a lot of hard work and dedication. In 2005 the group under went another change from Infamous Thugz to DnK in the wake of Knowledge on his way to serve a 18 month bid in Richland county, the group kept recording until knowledge had to leave. During Knowledges absence I kept doing my thing, recording and writing. When He was released from Richland county we under went on more final change from DnK to The Hooligan Click in early 2006,once again changing our names from Dalinkquent to Diesel and Knowledge to Young RP.The next two years we recorded as much songs we could, making sure we had music paying for our own studio time and beats. The group had a direction. Feeling like it was time for me to make a name for my self I ventured out on my own.
