Born in New York, and with a hunger for writing rhymes, eighteen year-old Cash discovered influences as iconic as Jay-Z and Fabolous, as well as current artists Lil’ Wayne and T.I. Cash focused on delivering his lyrics in a style that would set him apart from his famous mentors and found that he had a natural and distinct flow of his own. J-Dub was also born with an ear for music. “I taught myself to play the keys when I was just a little kid and I wrote rhymes every chance I got,” says the eighteen year-old. Growing up in Orlando, Florida contributed largely to J-Dub's laid back vibe, and his lyrics reflect a positive, carefree attitude. J-Dub’s inspiration came from listening to the likes of P. Diddy and Ludacris.Upon relocating to Orlando, Cash entered a new High School and met J-Dub during their math class. Shortly after becoming friends, they learned of each other's desire to make music and Cash and J-Dub began collaborating on songs in their spare time. Realizing they had a unique sound, they formed Youngest N’ Charge and partnered up with Christopher Trujillo and Alfonso Alvarez to form YNC Music, LLC.
