Rodolfo "YOYO" Palacios (born in Santiago/Chile) starts his path in music at the age of 13 when he began to play drums & percussion. Always interested in the Latin rhythms surrounding him begins to create a style were rock & metal intention predominates merged with his view of the Latin American world. After 13 years of experience he's been part of important Chilean bands such as "CRIOGENIA", "ON THE ROCKS!" and the pioneer Latin American Rap Metal band "2X" (group that has opened shows for DEFTONES, FEAR FACTORY, ILL NINO and KITTIE among others). Other side proyects include "FACUNDO RITUAL" and his solo - ethnic / trip hop / pop- proposal called "YOYO". Considered one of the most creative Metal drummers in Chile, moves to LA the year 2008 where he started participating in many musical projects involving different styles. His latest album "ROUND 2" was released in October 2010 under LA Soundbox Records and shows a mix of different Eclectic, Latin and Pop styles followed by professional guest musicians from all over the world.
