At only 20 years of age, independent Hip-hop recording artist Yung Jordan already has the Northwest region's attention, and with good reason. His commanding stage presence and humble attitude set him apart from many of his peers, and he is quickly becoming the star he was destined to be. A naturally outgoing person, Jordan describes his sound as "what it takes to get the party started," and many of his fans agree. At only 2 years into his career he has opened for acts such as Interscope Hip-hop recording artists Audio Push, and has performed at numerous venues in the Northwest area (Portland/Salem/Seattle/Spokane), including Portland's famed Roseland Theater. His debut album, entitled "IAMYUNGJORDAN", helped Jordan cut his teeth on Portland's local club circuit, while also garnering attention from local media. Again collaborating with Portland-based music producer Dizz (IAMYUNGJORDAN), Jordan's next effort is a free mixtape entitled "College Blackout", which is aimed at his newfound college audience. His lead single "Blackout" was released in October 2010, and is accompanied by a music video which was shot at Washington State University and FX Nightclub in Portland, Oregon. Like the man with whom he shares his name, Jordan just wants to be the best at what he does - and at his age, the best is yet to come. "College Blackout" is set for a March 2010 release.
