Zz had his first musical experience when C. Manson first hit the scene and Bands just seemed to pop up everywhere including a neighbors backyard infero with live entertainment.This is when music became apart of Zz it was such a thrill to see and feel the wattage of a live show that even though he didnt pick up his first guitar until he was 12 his record collection of"45s" started his musical training.From that point on 45s became lps then CD's thus creating another talent to widen the horizon...

Manson first hit the scene and Bands just seemed to pop up everywhere including a neighbors backyard infero with live entertainment.This is when music became apart of Zz it was such a thrill to see and feel the wattage of a live show that even though he didnt pick up his first guitar until he was 12 his record collection of"45s" started his musical training.From that point on 45s became lps then CD's thus creating another talent to widen the horizons for artistic expression.Motown to Warner Bros ,basic blues to heavy metal influenced Zz and gave him a basic ground to put a foot hold on his later years and comradery with his follow band mates.Iron Cross was a project that Zz and Russell John put together back in the early 70's in a church basement,how perfect of all places to conjour up some Black Sabbath vibes and to this day and year 2008 Iron Cross is still alive in the hearts of many. Zz has collaborated with alot of really talented musicians over the years but one stands out the most, Allen Marcum.Allen is a very special person that has brought alot to the meaning of being dedicated to his God given gift and with that a New friendship emerged and a The Band Rebel81 was born.As Zz says "if music was never heard there would be no natural high".So sit down and relax and let the grooves happen.The Blood is Life
