Grow's intro was a bit too long. People need to pulled into a bit faster. Some of the other parts were good like the bridge and the ending. From what I absorbed of the lyrics they were decent too.
Reap what you sow didn't have the same problem with its intro. They do remind me a lot of Motionless in White, which work to help them build a fan base if they decide to follow their fans on Twitter,Instagram,etc & through other means.
