A good number of the songs on my debut lp "the Runner" were written about love lost. I've been fortunate enough to experience some wonderful relationships in my life but none have stuck yet.. My last break-up was especially damaging because it was the first one that I envisioned lasting forever. It provided a lot of material for this record and for that I am grateful!
