Whiplash

I had the core song in my head for a long time and didn't have my equipment due to financial reasons (pawn shop) , so I put it in a friend's hands to mess with. He sent me back a chopped loop from the core song and some drums layered over it. It took me awhile to write the lyrics and during that time,I took the idea to the studio where I work side by side with my other friend. We took it and reworked it with different layers , samples , instruments , etc...
