Award-winning Austin artist Karen Chisholm is quickly rising among the sea of singer-songwriting talent with originals that range from addictive pop to dark, sensual blues to in-your-face rhythmic rock. With a sweet, pure voice delivering lyrics that will live in your head, Chisholm brings life to the stage, mixing sugar with grit. She has recorded with major label musicians and she enjoys a substantial local and international fan base.   Some call her a force of nature as she released her album 'Random Year' in 2010 featuring 5 producers including Ramy Antoun (former Black Eyed Peas, Seal) which inspired her video 'Snow Globe' also released in 2010.  In 2011 she released an animated film short 'Rhapsody' produced by Troy Campbell which was recently screened as a finalist in a Hollywood Film Festival.   Chisholm also just released a light-hearted single/video called 'Garage Sale Queen' featuring Elizabeth Wills and some great local acting talent.
