Jason was born in Kingsport, TN, in April of 1974. He taught himself the piano at the age of 12 and after listening to his first metal album at the age of 14, he picked up the guitar and slowly began to embrace the craft. He joined several garage bands through high school and gained experience from local clubs and bars until he grew into a professional musician. His talent has landed him regular venues around the area in which he plays weekly and his drive for success has gotten his foot in the door of several good opportunities to further his career. He is influenced by the standards that most guitarists are drawn to, but varies his styles as the situation demands. By keeping his skills sharp and showing his talents nightly he has become well known in the Knoxville area. The passion and enthusiasm in which he plays is his trademark and a show worth seeing
