"All The While" was written by Chris Bullock while living in Vancouver BC. I was living in a small room sleeping on an air mattress where the possessions I had were my guitar and a microphone and a computer with some recording software where I'd chart ideas down. It's about letting go of something your heart wants but your head knows is not good for you. It was recorded at the Goo Goo Dolls Studio as part of the Hit Star Parade EP..
