Dry Land

This song was written in stages. I had part of a verse, then a couple months later, the chorus came. A musician friend of mine said it was screaming for some female vocals, so thankfully I knew someone who had some great folk vocals. I finished the song while I was playing and touring some coffee shops in Michigan and thankufully it worked it. The song is all about the turbulent times in life and how I look forward to getting on some stable ground.
