High Desert

High Desert was inspired by a road trip Maya and I took from Reno to Las Vegas. Rte 93 is a two lane road that goes through some of the most amazing desert scenery. I found it beautiful, but the desolation was also a bit alienating. There’s a great power in loneliness, especially when we find ways of overcoming it. It’s really about finding community.
