Doug has a good, and very distinctive voice - a touch of soul added to the folky mix. He has a very good fiddle player on here too. The lyric is a good example of writing in a way that expands upon the folk tradition, and the tune has a touch of Celtia
I really like this. It should be a standard in ever folk club in the English speaking world.
