In Milwaukee, Wisconsin on April 13th, 1994, the rapper Dimi was born as Anthony Di Matteo. Growing almost his whole life in Wisconsin, is where he started making music at the age of only 13. In Milwaukee, Wisconsin on April 13th, 1994, the rapper Dimi was born as Anthony Di Matteo. Growing almost his whole life in Wisconsin, is where he started making music at the age of only 13. Anthony originally played the guitar and sang in Pop-Punk/Metal bands but made Pop/Rap/Hip-Hop in a side project called "Backwood Business", which he had with his friend Nick Olsen. As Dimi was slowly losing his interest in making Pop-Punk/Metal muisic, he started persuing his side project further. Nick Olsen later quit leaving Dimi by himself. He continued to make music and started releasing many demo songs. Dimi really started getting serious when he met his friend Kyle Curtis, who has recorded two songs with Anthony (This Is Why I'm High Remix and Feelings I Can't Fight Off Remix) which got a lot of notice on Dimi's YouTube channel. Constantly posting songs free for download, Dimi was trying to build a name for himself. In November he started preparing to release his Mixtape "Talk Of The Town" by May 20th, 2013. It will be his first Album or Mixtape ever officially released.
