They say that history repeats itself and that statement can prove as an absolute fact when the name Jazzie Lee comes to mind. The 18-yr.-old  rapper, songwriter and poet began her journey into rap stardom at the innocent age of 6, where she was first introduced to the music by Bone Thugs - N-Harmony and their classic 'E. 1999' album. By the time she had turned 14, Jazzie wowed her peers and adults alike by her ability to compose songs in under 20 minutes and memorizing it word for word in the same amount of time, if not less. Jazzie's flow comes in a variety of styles, being able to switch up from a story telling mellow, to fast and high energy. She writes all of her own material, proving to anyone who is in doubt that she refuses to just be known as "another rapper" but prefers to be known as a young trailblazer. Officially dubbing her style of music 'Urban-HipHop-Soul' which combines her mellowed and often times aggressive vocals over a smooth R&B beat, she gives the industry what it lacks (with artists such as Nicki Minaj & the former Lil Kim) female empowerment and a fresh faced positive role model for the youth. This brown skinned, bright eyed prodigy considers herself a music perfectionist, never selling herself or her growing fanbase short of a good track. With songs like 'Neva Will Eye Eva,' Better Dayz and the hot song 'Don't Need U Here Now' which is a lyrical middle finger to the many unfaithful young men out there she puts herself on the map of being in a completely different lane of maturity and realness than her rapping peers. She's unsigned and looking for her break into the industry, her shine has been long overdue. In the words of the late Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes 'A New Star Is Born.'
